Gary L. Conlay was born and raised in Natchitoches, Louisiana. He is a 1979 Graduate of Northwestern State University, where
he received a B.S. in Accounting, and was a member of the NSU Marching Band. He received a Juris Doctorate from Louisiana State University in 1982, and an LL.M. (Taxation) from Southern Methodist University in 1983. Gary is Board Certified by the Louisiana Board of Legal Specialization in Estate Planning and Administration and in Tax Law.
His practice includes Successions and Donations, Trusts, Estate Planning, Elder Law, Property and Abstracting. Gary is an Adjunct Instructor of Law for California Baptist University, Riverside, California. He also serves as an Assistant City Attorney for the City of Natchitoches, Louisiana. He is an active member of First Baptist Church in Natchitoches.
